Life after loss changes everything, but it doesn’t have to define the rest of your story.
If you’re feeling stuck between honoring the love you’ve shared and wondering what comes next, you’re not alone. I’m a widow too, and I know what it’s like to wonder if life will ever feel whole again.
Through compassionate one-on-one coaching, I’ll help you understand yourself more deeply, process your emotions with compassion, strengthen your relationships, and rediscover your purpose so you can intentionally create a future you truly love.
I don’t know who I am anymore.
I feel guilty when I experience joy.
I second-guess every decision I make.
Everyone expects me to move on, but I’m not ready.
I don’t want to forget my spouse, but I don’t want to stay stuck either.
I’m tired of simply surviving.
You can’t change what happened, but you can discover a new way to move forward. Together we’ll focus on three key areas that help you create greater freedom, confidence, and purpose.

Discover how your thoughts shape your experience so you can respond with greater awareness and confidence instead of feeling overwhelmed by life's circumstances.

Learn to experience grief, fear, guilt, and joy without avoiding, resisting, or feeling controlled by them. As you develop this skill, you'll find greater peace and emotional freedom.

Rediscover your purpose, strengthen your relationships, and intentionally build a life you truly love with greater freedom, confidence, and joy.
After thirty-four years of marriage, I became a widow while finishing my life coach certification.
Just weeks later, the home my husband and I had built together flooded, top and bottom floors had to be completely rebuilt. Looking back, I realize I wasn’t only rebuilding a house. I was learning how to rebuild a life.
Over the next several years, I continued applying the same coaching tools I now teach my clients. They saved my life! I learned to understand my thoughts, process my emotions, strengthen my relationships, rediscover my purpose, and eventually embrace a beautiful Part 2.
I still miss my husband. That love will always be part of my story.
But I also know that honoring the life we shared and intentionally creating a meaningful future are not opposites.
They can exist together.
If trusting yourself feels difficult right now, borrow my belief in you until you discover your own.
Every coaching journey is unique, but one thing remains the same. My goal is to help each client feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools that create lasting change.
Your story isn’t over. Together, we’ll create Part 2, one intentional step at a time.
We'll meet online for a relaxed conversation about where you are, where you'd like to be, and whether coaching feels like the right next step.
We'll meet one-on-one each week as you learn practical tools to understand yourself more deeply, process emotions with confidence, strengthen your relationships, and intentionally build your Part 2.
As you continue applying these tools, you'll begin trusting yourself again and creating a life filled with greater purpose, confidence, peace, and joy.
No one chooses this journey.
No one prepares you for what happens next.
Losing your spouse changes your world in ways few people truly understand.
It can leave you wondering who you are now, questioning your future, and feeling torn between honoring the love you’ve shared and allowing yourself to experience joy again.
I understand because I’ve lived it.
After losing my husband of thirty-five years, I found myself asking, “now what?” I could spend the rest of my life believing my best years were behind me, or I could intentionally begin creating what I now call Part 2.
That didn’t happen overnight.
It happened through small, intentional steps. but coaching tools helped me navigate this much better!
As I learned to understand my thoughts, process difficult emotions, strengthen my relationships, and rediscover my purpose, I found something I never expected.
Freedom.
Not freedom from grief.
Freedom to live fully while carrying love with me.
Today I help other widows discover that same freedom.
Because I believe this with all my heart:
You are not starting over.
You are creating Part 2.
If trusting yourself feels difficult right now, borrow my belief in you until you discover your own.
